Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Please always use your order number as the payment reference.

If you choose bank transfer, payment must be received within 4 calendar days. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping

We deliver goods throughout the Czech Republic using courier services. More information about shipping can be found HERE.

Delivery Terms

Orders can be shipped by courier or collected in person at our store.

For personal collection, please wait until you are contacted by email or phone confirming that your order is ready.

Delivery Time

Delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 2–5 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days.

For orders paid by bank transfer, goods are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been credited to our account.

Complaints and Returns

Any complaints will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

Complaints can be made in person or sent to:

Please include:

a copy of the purchase receipt,
a description of the defect,
the Complaint Form – Appendix No. 1 – HERE,
your contact phone number.

Please send the goods in the same condition as purchased. For example, fishing reels must be returned including the spare spool and without fishing line, unless the line was part of the original purchase.

Withdrawal from the Contract

If you wish to return goods or withdraw from the purchase contract, please use:

Please do not send returned goods cash on delivery.

Seller’s Rights and Obligations

The seller is obliged to process confirmed orders and deliver the goods to the address provided by the customer.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the customer repeatedly fails to accept and pay for ordered goods.

If the seller is unable to fulfil the order, the seller may withdraw from the contract. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded within 30 days.

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

The buyer is obliged to provide correct and complete contact and delivery details.

The buyer is obliged to accept the ordered goods and pay the total amount.

The buyer has the right to cancel the order or return goods within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The buyer also has the right to request deletion of personal data by written request or email.

Personal Data Protection

All personal data provided by customers is treated as strictly confidential and is used only for order processing, communication, registration, and newsletter services.

We may collect the following information:

first and last name,
email address,
phone number,
billing address,
delivery address.

Customers can update their personal data in their user account or by contacting us by phone or email.

Product Availability

In Stock

The product is physically available at the ABOS Fishing Tackle store.

In Stock in the E-shop

The product is available from our supplier.

If an item is no longer available, we will inform you by email or phone.

Loyalty Program

Discount Program for Registered Users and Loyal Customers

Every customer who makes a single purchase over CZK 5,000 in our store may receive a customer card with a permanent 10% discount.

3% Discount for Registration and Login

Registered customers receive an automatic 5% discount when logged into their account during purchase.

If you are not logged in at the time of purchase, the discount will not be applied.

The discount does not apply to selected promotional or clearance items.

Additional Discounts

In addition to the 3% registration discount, customers may receive:

over CZK 1,500: 2%
over CZK 3,000: 3%
over CZK 5,000: 4%
over CZK 7,000: 5%
over CZK 10,000: 7%

These discounts are cumulative up to a maximum of 10%.
For VIP customers, the maximum discount is 15%.

Regular in-store customers who register in the e-shop may receive the same discount level online as in the physical store.
